Everything in The Content Lounge is designed to feel simple, steady and supportive, so you never have to carry the content pressure alone.

1. We start with an onboarding call
A chance to talk through what you need, what’s been feeling heavy and how you want your content to feel natural and support your business. No pressure. Just clarity and direction.

2. Payment and contract
Payment is made monthly in advance, and once the contract is signed we’re ready to begin.

3. You complete your brand guidelines form
This gives me a clear picture of your business, your tone, your values and how you naturally communicate. The more you share, the more your content will feel like you.

4. We set your monthly rhythm
For the Blossom package, I take the lead each month using your brand guidelines. If you do have specific content you want included, you can complete a short monthly content form to let me know what you need. No zoom call is included in this package.
For the Bloom package, we have a monthly  30 minute 1:1 planning call to map out themes, ideas and priorities together.

5. Your Trello content planner is created
You’ll have your own Trello content board for planning and content approvals. This will also be linked to a shared Google Drive so you can view your video content, keeping everything organised, easy to find and simple to review.

6. Your content is delivered monthly in a clear, organised batch
You’ll receive your content inside Trello each month, ready for you to look through. One round of amendments is included so everything feels naturally aligned with your voice and brand.

7. Minimum 3 month commitment
This gives us time to set your content plan up properly, build momentum, find your rhythm and create content that genuinely supports your visibility long term.
