School holidays are a definitely a time for family fun, a time to take the foot off the pedal from the craziness that school life brings. It's also a time for families to take time out and be together, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
However, for those who love their running (and I include me here too), the lack of routine and busy schedules can make it challenging to stay on track. However there are ways to maintain running momentum, even during the school break. So here are my six top tips to help you stay motivated with your running during the summer holidays.
